If you have a quote from any of the large plumbing contractors we can usually beat it by upto 20%. We are also able to obtain trade prices on some brands.
Standard call out: £75+vat
Mon - Fri 8am - 6pm
Out of hours call out: £150+vat
Fixed Charges
Gas Safety Inspection for up to two gas appliances £75.00+vat
Annual boiler service £75.00+vat
Full strip down boiler service – Price on request.
Legionella Risk Assessment £75.00+vat
Cylinder Service £112.50+vat
Smoke Alarm £50.00+vat whilst onsite.
Carbon Monoxide Alarm £50.00+vat whilst onsite.
Emergency Hire:
Heaters: Minimum of 4 heaters for a week @ £25.00+vat per heater Dehumidifier: £30.00+vat per day £200.00+vat per week
Rates do not include the cost of parts or materials that may be required, congestion charge & any parking costs when applicable.
Prices include any Diagnostics, Investigation works and repairs where possible for 1Hour. Quotations will then be provided for any additional works or parts required.
